Our homes are precision built and engineered off site in a controlled environment, eliminating more than 70 percent of subcontracted work that would occur on a home site. Whether working from your plans or any of our more than 80 designs, we can create a home that perfectly suits your lifestyle
and taste.





Crestline homes are built to the same state, regional and local codes as site-built homes, and meet the requirements for 30-year conventional loans, including FHA. Off-site construction is now the rule, rather than the exception, in Japan and many European countries.
